Premature ejaculation affects 30% of men but it is easily treated.
There is a sexual issue that affects nearly one in three men at some point in their lives. It's far more common than most people realise and can sometimes be made fun of, primarily because it makes men (and women too) quite uncomfortable. Despite being treatable, individuals and couples dealing with this problem can go months or years denying or trying to ignore the issues, to the detriment of their relationships as well as their self-confidence and self-esteem. |

Can having sex too frequently be a problem? Low libidois the most common issue I get asked about when it comes to sex and relationships. But I also sometimes get asked whether frequent sex can be a problem. Is it bad to have sex every day? Generally speaking, there isn't any harm, as long as you and your partner are both happy with this. Having sex seven or more times a week is considerably more than the average, which is just under twice a week. However, many loved-up couples, particularly in the honeymoon phase, will have daily sex and this reflects the new passion you have for one another. |

Here's how to correctly put on, use, and dispose of a condom. - Check the expiration date on the wrapper and make sure it was not stored in a warm environment or near sharp objects that could weaken or puncture the condom.
- Before opening the wrapper, use your fingers to push the condom to the opposite side of the package so it will not tear when you open the wrapper.
- Remove the condom from the wrapper and pinch the tip between your fingers to prevent any air from getting in the tip, which can cause the condom to break.

Libido-boosting foodsCourtesy of Ashley Macha It can take more than just a few candles and a Marvin Gaye song to feel sexy. A healthy lifestyle—from the food you eat to the exercise you do—can make you look and feel better, and improve your sex life, too. At the same time, some foods can be mood- and libido-killers. "The link between food and sex drive isn’t just wishful thinking" says Cynthia Sass, RD, author of S.A.S.S Yourself Slim. "Studies show that certain foods or nutrients do play a role in boosting libido and supporting a healthy sex life. |

IT sounds unlikely, but the world's least sexy food - that vegan favourite tofu - could actually pep up your sex life.
Tofu, also called bean curd, is made by coagulating soya milk. While widely regarded as soggy, tasteless and a poor substitute for a steak, scientists believe it may be a surprising aphrodisiac.
So say researchers at the University of California, who trailed a group of red colobus monkeys in Uganda for almost a year. They found that those that eat the leaves of the tropical Millettia dura tree had higher than usual levels of the hormone oestrogen. |
